Wheatgrass is used as a medicinal crop since of its antioxidant activity and blood sugar reduction effects. A quantitative analysis of temperature changes and component content is required to develop an optimal cultivation strategy as a medicinal crop for wheatgrass. This study was conducted to determine the effect of temperature conditions on the growth characteristics and isoorientin content of wheatgrass. For cultivating wheatgrass, growth chambers were made with the acrylic board (length<SUP>*</SUP>width<SUP>*</SUP>height = 39<SUP>*</SUP>72<SUP>*</SUP>72 cm), and warm-white LEDs were used for artificial lighting sources with 150 μmol·m<SUP>-2</SUP>·s<SUP>-1</SUP>. Plants were fertigated by sub-irrigation with 0.7 dS/m of soluble fertilizer.
