This study examined the perception of green healthcare among the workers of domestic healthcare institutions. Data was collected through the Google survey method from May 25 to July 4, 2021. A total of 256 valid responses were received and used for analysis. The findings of the study indicated that the level of green healthcare perception among medical staff was low. Second, the perception level has not changed much during the past 8 years since 2013. Third, although the perspective of ‘green/environment’ has been a long-standing issue in the healthcare industry, the percentage of respondents who answered ‘do not know much about it’ was high in the green healthcare awareness survey.
