This study aims to provide source material for the invigoration of the church school for the disabled by conducting the development of evaluation index and validity. The subjects of the study were 173 teachers and religious workers of the church school for the disabled who participated in the 19th Church School for the Disabled Camp Workshop hosted by the Korea Ministry Institute for the Disabled. A positive sample of nonprobability sampling was used for the sampling, and a total of 173 questionnaires were collected, of which 165 effective questionnaires were used for the study, excluding 8 inappropriate responses. The research method was factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and it analyzed as follows using the PASW Statistics 18.0 and Amos 18.0 programs. The results derived from the study are the follows. First, as a result of examining the number of factors with Scree-test and factor analysis, it extracted 5 upper factors and 25 sub factors by comparing the eigen-value of the 95% confidence interval of the eigen-value and the random data from the source material. Second, as a result of conducting KMO and Bartlett"s sphericity test, it showed the appropriate sample suitability for factor analysis because KMO was 992, which is greater than.5. The Bartlett value verifying the diagonal matrix of the correlation coefficient matrix was p<.05, Chi-Square 3140.156 (degree of freedom = 300), which was not a diagonal matrix. Third, as a result of examining the modeling suitability by conducting Confirmatory Factor Analysis, adaptable levels of index were derived as RMSEA=.083, RMR=.042, TLI=.887, CFI=.900, Chi-Square=567.119, DF=265, P=.000. Fourth, as a result of examining Convergent Validity through Confirmatory Factor Analysis, it showed that the standardized coefficient satisfied all the criteria of.5 or more, and that the AVE (Average Variance Extracted) value satisfied > .5, and thus has an explanation power of 50% or more. Fifth, as a result of examining Discriminant Validity through Confirmatory Factor Analysis, it showed that the correlation between all latent variables was significant (p<0.05), and it was verified that the correlation between latent variables was in the range of AVE>CC², AVE>.5, and C.R.>.8. Sixth, the result of examining Cronbach Alpha showed a high level of reliability as the value of Internal Consistency Reliability was in the range of .879 to .910, and the detailed factor showed that integration with the non-disabled in churches was .879, the change in perception was .883, the providing facility for the disabled was .910, the supporting worship of church schools for the disabled was .877, and professional development was .897. As such, the evaluation index for revitalization of church schools for the disabled has been developed, and it is expected that this study could be the source material for invigorating the church schools for the disabled.
