The evaluation of ferroelectric composite gradually become important with interest of wearable devices such as flexible sensor, energy storage, and energy harvester. While the ferroelectric polymer and ceramics have been studied over a long period, the PDMS-based ferroelectric composites are still insufficient studies. In terms of measurement technique, ordinary electric displacement measurement, which includes dipole switching, conductivity and dielectric displacement, could not show a clear evidence of its polarization.
