For the continuous development of the Journal of Culinary Science & Hospitality Research, which contributes greatly to research in the domestic cooking industry, it aimed to provide implications for understanding research trends and directions of the future studies topics. As a network analysis tool, NetMiner 4.4.3.e and Biblio Data Collector, which is widely used in social network analysis, was used. As of 2016, 13,569 nouns were extracted from 2,033 research papers from January 1, 2007 to May 31, 2021, and the number of articles published in the journal ‘Culinary Science & Hospitality Research’ was confirmed to have increased. As a result of analyzing TF and TF-IDF word clouds by period, many keyword-related studies such as powder, value, quality, hotel and datum have been published. In addition, the study conducted a period-by-period research trend analysis through LDA-based topic modeling and 2-mode network analysis, extracting 8 to 10 topics around topics such as foodservice management of coffee shop, health education for students, food tourism, selection attributes for HMR. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for future research plans and have a high academic contribution. Limitations are subjective judgments by researchers view of topic extraction, and more advanced research results will be obtained if more objective analysis techniques are used in future studies.
