본 연구에서는 Photon-triggered nanowire (NW) transistor(PTNT), PTNT logic gate 및 단일 NW광 검출 시스템을 개발하였다. NW는 짧은 다공성 실리콘(PSi)세그먼트로 연결된 긴 결정질 실리콘(CSi)세그먼트로 합성된다. 준비한 NW의 양단에 전극을 제작하고 중간의 단일 PSi 세그먼트에 CSi 채널이 연결된다. ... 전체 초록 보기
