본 연구에서는 빅 데이터 분석을 정보교육에 적용하기 위한 교육 사례 개발을 지원하고, 이에 관한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한국비버챌린지 2017∼2019 문항을 대상으로 빅 데이터 분석과 관련된 개념을 다루고 있는 문항을 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 빅 데이터 분석에 관한 교육에 적용 가능한 다양한 비버챌린지 문항을 찾을 수 있었으며, 실생활의 소재를 바탕으로 빅 데이터 분석의 원리가 내재된 문항들이 어떠한 방식으로 학교 급별 위계를 반영하고 있는지 확인할 수 있었다.
