The purpose of this study was the influence of organizational commitment by corporate employees’ perceived overqualification(mismatch, no-growth). So to verify the effects on the modification variable of employees’ voluntary job selection, and the parameters of psychological entitlement. For verification the purpose of this study established the variable as followings; First, the independence variable established the employees’ perceived overqualification. Second, the result variable established the organizational commitment. Third, the modification variable established the voluntary job selection, and the parameters establishes the psychological entitlement. To investigate the variable inter-relationship used the hierarchical regression analysis and bootstraping analysis. For this study conduct a questionnaire survey of 130’ corporate employees who had worked in Chenbuk province. The results of this study were as follows: First, as a result of regression analysis to find out negative effects of perceived overqualification to the organizational commitment. Second, it tested the influence of modification variable by the voluntary job selection, and the parameters effects by the psychological entitlement.
