본 연구는 신체활동 프로그램을 통한 즐거움 및 만족도에 대한 연구로, D교육대학교에 재학 중인 학생들로서 표현활동을 한 그룹 113명(남: 33, 여자: 80), 체육수업을 한 그룹 45명(남: 19명, 여: 26명)을 대상자로 실시하 다. 자료처리는 참여유형에 따른 차이검증은 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하고, 차이 존재 시 사후검증은 Scheffe를 사용하다. 그리고, 성별과 참여유형에 따른 신체활동 즐거움 및 수업만족도의 차이검 증은 이원변량분석(two-way ANOVA)을 한 결과 아래와 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 참여유형에는, 수업내용 만족과 수업효과 만족에서 표현활동 남자보다 체육수업을 한 남자와 여자가 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 시설 과 평가 만족에서는 남자 표현활동 집단보다 여자 체육수업 집단이 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 성별과 참 여유형에 따른 신체활동 즐거움에서 재미는, 참여유형에서 표현활동에 참여한 집단보다 체육수업에 참여한 집단이 높게 나타났다. 협동은, 성별에서 남자집단보다 여자집단이 협동에서 차이를 보다. 건강과 미적체험 은 참여유형에서 표현활동 집단보다 체육수업 집단이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 성별과 참여유형에 따른 수업 만 족도는, 표현활동에 참여한 집단보다 체육수업에 참여한 집단이 높게 나타났다. 수업효과는, 성별은 남자집단 이 여자집단보다 높게 나타났고, 표현활동 집단보다 체육수업 집단이 높게 나타났다. 시설만족은, 남자보다 여자집단이 높게 나타났다. 평가만족에서는, 표현활동 집단보다 체육수업 집단에서 높게 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the Physical Activity Program on pleasure and satisfaction level. As its participants, this research selected some students of D national university of education, and divided them into two groups, one group of 113 participants(male: 33, female: 80) and the other group of 45(male: 19, female: 26). In data analysis, difference in the pleasure or satisfaction level of physical activity by the type of session was tested using the one-way analysis of variance(One-Way ANOVA), in which any case of significant difference as found was post-tested using the Scheffe test. Such difference in session satisfaction by gender or the type of session participation was tested using the two-way analysis of variance(Two-Way ANOVA), where significance was measured at the level of α=.05. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, it was found that session satisfaction level was significantly different depending on session type. In more detail, the satisfaction of session contents or session effect was much higher in the group of sport activity session, whether male or female students, than male students of expression activity session. And, the satisfaction of session facilities or session participation assessment was found having a significant difference by session type, or more exactly, much higher on the part of female students in the group of sport activity session than male ones in the other group. Second, the pleasure of physical activity by gender or session type was investigated here to get several findings. In other words, fun as a factor of that pleasure was significantly different depending on session type, especially much higher in the group of sport activity session than that of expression activity session. Another factor, that is, collaboration showed a significant difference by gender, or specifically, even more on the part of female respondents than male ones. And, session type brought the other factors like health maintenance and aesthetic experience to be significantly different between the groups. The degree of health maintenance or aesthetic experience was found much higher in the group of sport activity session that the other group. Third, concerning session satisfaction by gender or session type, it was found that the satisfaction significantly varied depending on the type. Specifically, the group of sport activity session showed a much higher satisfaction than that of expression activity session. The effect of session was found significantly varying by gender or session type. In more detail, that effect was much higher on the part of male participants than female ones. It was also much higher in the group of sport activity session than the other group. The satisfaction of facilities for session was significantly different depending on gender, or specifically, much higher on the part of female students than male ones. Furthermore, the assessment satisfaction of session participation was found significantly varying by session type. In more detail, it was much higher in the group of sport activity session than that of expression activity session.
