(Background and Purpose) In the present-day Memorial Museum, the memorial hall was a place where certain religious history and incidental memories were constantly preserved, but was cut off in the form of political coercion and symbolism. In the current Memorial Museum space, memorial space expresses unconscious expression and interpretation of multi-dimensional space, and is being diversified into a space where clear boundaries are removed. This paper seeks to derive the actual relevant components that enable the spatial analysis of the Memorial Museum through the analysis table of representation elements of the Memorial. (Method) The method of this study was defined by classifying elements of architectural, spatial, and cultural parts by component in the preceding thesis of the commemorative memory. In order to classify these elements into metaphors, architectural, spatial, and cultural common terms of commemorative memory, the analysis frame in which the elements of the expression of commemorative memory are classified, the museum expressed with collective commemoration of place-history and the museum expressing cultural panorama through events were selected as the method of expression and space analysis of the museum's four international and domestic spaces from 2009 to 2018. (Conclusions) In this study, an analysis of the expression elements of memorial memory shows that the current generation of commemorative memory museum mass-production has shared the influence and flow on culture, and practical components were derived to enable spatial analysis of the memory museum. Through this study, the place context and various cultural spaces are meaningful for sharing, expanding, and supplementing each other in the planning of the memorial memory museum, and meaningful for moving forward to an educational level that is transformed creatively and hopefully.
