To analyze how the value of eco-friendly cosmetics consumption of female college students has influence on the norm, We conducted this survey for female college students who had purchased eco-friendly cosmetics from March 14, 2019 to April 7, 2019, six months before Seoul and Gyeonggi region, a total of 400 questionnaires were analyzed and finally utilized in the study. Statistical analysis was performed using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α, Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, the effects of ecofriendly cosmetics consumption value of female college students on moral norms were analyzed, and it was found that moral norms were influenced by functional value, emotional value, and rarity value of consumption value. Second, the effects of eco-friendly cosmetics consumption value on the subjective norm of female college students were found to affect subjective norms in order of social value, emotional value, rarity value and situational value of consumption value. Third, the effects of eco-friendly cosmetics consumption value on social norms of female college students were found to affect social norms in order of social value, situational value, emotional value, and rarity value of consumption value. Based on the results of this study, we tried exploratory study on the influence of consumption value of eco-friendly cosmetics on norms of female college students and investigated the effect of consumption value on norms, It is expected to be used as a basic data for establishing strategies and efficiently cultivating ecofriendly cosmetics market.
