Cyberspace is shorthand for the web of consumer electronics, computers, and communication networks that interconnects the world in the information age. The revolution in our information technology infrastructure" in particular, the explosive growth of the Internet" has fundamentally transformed how we create, acquire, disseminate, and use information. Unfortunately, cyberspace also raises new concerns. The buzz around these issues is not surprising.The meaning of privacy has been changed in the information age, Traditionally it means the right to be let alone in the passive form, By the way it expands to include the right to control one's own information in effect of cyberspace.Why is privacy so important in the information age? One of the reasons is that there is a tremendous danger to deal with information and there is no sufficient legal protection about privacy at the changed situation. Furthermore, Korean are much more interested in other people than others.New issues about privacy is consists of informational privacy, communications privacy, and spatial privacy. It is a serious problem which requires the National residence number in the internet. It also violates the privacy to see e-mail and thelogon data about mobile telephone. Finally, Although there is a compelling interest to allow CCTV, it should be noted that the rule about CCTV has to set up a pro privacy guideline.
