This research intended to present career education model and components of Early Bird Project and to describe specific achievements and limitations by field research process. The Early Bird Project organized by Osan City and Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education and operated by one of universities in Seoul. The curriculum consists of four learning modules, Job Information, Basic Theory, Practice Learning, and Field Trip, based on the results of a preliminary survey, and is designed to connect each module organically. In addition, field research methods were applied to practice feedback loop processes that continuously improve the field by analyzing reports of hourly class and survey of class satisfaction. The results presented average values of class satisfaction and participation rates, and the narrative responses divided into satisfactory as well as unsatisfactory factors were analyzed qualitatively. The satisfactory factors consist of teaching methods, information acquisition, experience activities and operation factors, whereas the unsatisfactory factors include subject selection, teaching methods and other operation factors. These results will be reflected comprehensively in the implementation of the next program.
