Eak-tai Ahn"s tracks have been continuously studied until now, but there is a difficulty in research because of the lack of related research materials and even the described contents of his life are inconsistent. Kyung-rae Kim has already published his biographical book in the 1960s but it was based on An Ik-tae"s dictation, so the there is a lot of part that can be open to doubt. Chung-Im Chun presented the first practical scholarly books on the world of his music and works, and Kyung-Boon Lee and Byeong-Uk Song have interpreted mainly from German sources concerned in him. The period of Eki-tai Ahn’s satying in Hungary and his traces have been intermittently covered in the press and academic journals, however the full-scale studies based on Hungarian sources have been lacking. In this paper, I reviewed his traces focusing on the materials of Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, and the meaning of the concerts he conducted before enrolling in the Conservatory.
