In this study, Jeollabukdo Human Resource Development Foundation (2018-2022) presented 6 strategic goals, 21 core tasks, 49 unit projects and analyzed the importance of these tasks. In order to analyze the importance of work, the functions and tasks of the Jeollabuk - do Human Resource Development Foundation were derived, and 29 internal members were set as the population to measure the relative importance and priority of these factors. The survey was conducted through mail and Internet(E-mail) from July 25 to August 2, 2018. The professional questionnaire collected 28 copies (97% recovery rate) out of 29 copies, and applied AHP(subject to measurement) under the hierarchical structure, The results of this study are as follows. The composition of these questionnaires is based on a pairwise comparison method that compares two elements at a time for each question. As a result of the analysis, the mid-to long-term development of Jeollabuk-do Human Resource Development Foundation requires efforts to meet the following requirements. First, it is necessary to raise funds for stable business operations. Second, it is necessary to establish human resources and specialized departments to carry out the role as a leading human resource development institute leading the fourth industrial revolution. Third, there is a need to find alternatives that can enhance the morale of employees and internal customers. Fourth, their should be promote the environment improvement of Jang Hak-sook facilities.
