The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the organization socialization strategies of resort companies and its effect on corporate loyalty and organizational efficiency. A survey was conducted targeting the resort employee to pursue this investigation. The survey was conducted for one month beginning on August 1, 2018. A total of 307 copies were ultimately used in the empirical analysis. The collected data from valid respondents were used for the empirical analysis including, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results of this study are as follows. First, organization socialization strategies of resort employee had an influence on corporate loyalty. Second, corporate loyalty had an influence on organizational efficiency. This means that managers need to recognize the importance of organizational socialization strategies for resort employees and to make efforts to improve job training, mentoring and social support. Eventually, the organizational socialization strategy will have a positive effect on improving the organizational efficiency of employees and ultimately contribute to the development of the company. Based on these findings, we provide meaningful implications for resort companies.
