In the range of the study, the statement has been concluded like below;
Japanese contemporary architects like Tadao Ando, Kengo Kuma and Ryue Nishizawa are pursuing their philosophies with temporal, morphological and spatial continuity in the site and its surroundings. Such patterns are relatate with the characteristics of Yugen(mysterious profundity).
And the Regeneration of the Landscapes by Tadao Ando is to secure temporal continuity through communication between the landscape and the past memories, by which his audience perceives viewing the scenery prepared according to Ando"s scenario, and this technique shows many features similar to the Japanese Borrowed Scenery method. It is judged that Kengo Kuma is looking for the morphological continuity of the landscape and its surroundings in order to realize the construction of the Anti-object. Such characteristics are deemed to be related to the Mokosi method, a delicate and uncompromising characteristics. In the architectural style of Ryue Nishizawa , the continuity of the space through the neutral space is strongly shown for the environmental space composition of the village unit, and the characteristics are quite resembled to the those of Enkawa, the partial space of traditional Japanese architecture. Finally, it is considered that the expression of the humanistic characters of the landscape intended by Ando can be applied by reinterpreting Borrowing Scenery Mathod in Japanese Traditional Style, whereas methods of expression of landscape’s physical characteristics by Kuma and Nishizawa can be understood as reinterpretations of Mokosi and Enkawa.
