Agricultural cooperatives have been carrying out various methods to adapt to the changes in the agricultural situation. This paper attempted to verify the causes of Business Growth of Regional Agricultural Cooperative (BGRAC). The empirical results of the Shift - Share Analysis on the causes of BGRAC are as follows ; In the course of urbanization, agricultural cooperative development, there have been substantial difference in the growth of business among RAC. Urbanization ratio is a major determinants of BGRAC when the distance of the great city and degree of specialization business. Total business growth of A regional cooperatives located in Goyang city highly positive effects by Goyang city growth effect and industrial mix effect while the negative effects by regional share effect. Industrial mix effect of BGRAC of A positive effects by credit business, while the negative effects by purchasing business. In the results of estimation of regional growth rate differential analysis in BGRAC of A positive effects by processing business, while the negative effects by credit business.
