The Revised Bill of Commercial Act 2008 on the Insurance Law was proposed, at 2008 January 4. Even until 2009 November, present time, the Revised bill, the legislation from National Assembly is not become accomplished. It is because the relationship of gain and loss being opposed between the insurer(or the insurance company) and the insured. At that time the contents which is proposed with a reflection of the Insurance Policy for a Healthy and the insurer profit guarantee. This Article is deal with three subject on the insurance problem as a reflection of the Insurance Policy for a Healthy and the insurer profit guarantee. The second chapter is insurance fraud. It insurance money of the amount which is enormous is wasted and insurance finance is infringes, seriously. It is appropriate to provide the contents which is a insurance fraud contract, must do not become that beneficial unilaterally in the insurance person side. The third chapter is the double insurance contract. The concept of double insurance made when the sum total of compensation misfortune exceeds a damage misfortune, includes. But notice duty the fact that it terminates a violation with reason is the contents in about double insurance. The fourth chapter is composed of the exemption clauses of the insurer. The judgment of court of justice on the no license driving and drunken driving is a appropriate and propriety. Like it sees from above, the revised bill puts an importance in the Insurance Policy for a Healthy. The result, the insurer position was very strengthened but the insured was very weakened. Consequently, it is been narrow-minded will not be the possibility of escaping a criticism.
