Purpose: This study analyzes the performance of electronic trade and utilization while targeting small and medium enterprises, which are trades performing among the export-import enterprises. Also, this investigates obstructive factors that may occur from utilization of uTradeHub affects on the performance level of appplications. Composition/Logic: This study sets up the hypotheses and develops the research model on the basis of advanced research in order to achieve the aim of the study.In addition, we conduct the analysis by using question investigation and field survey. Findings: As a result of the study, the external premises of the utilization of electronic trade affect the identification of partners in a certain range of practical use or degree of electronic trade. Moreover, among the internal factors there is CEO’s support that has beneficial influence on a range of parctical use or degree of uTradeHub. Following this, If the identification of a partner is high, electronic trade’s application level is high as well. At the same time, the most important thing in application of electronic trade is active support from the CEO. However, environmental uncertainties of the external premises and effective use of working of the internal factors have a bad effect in using of the electronic trade. It means that only professional trade has high availability and it does not have value in other businesses so it is not influenced in degree of application. Originality/Value: Following the result, On export-import samll and midium enterprises, by suggesting important variables for enhancing the result of electronic trade and using uTradeHub, this study provides basic substructures that can be extended and intensified through positive process, variable extraction and theoretical approach about electronic trade of small and midium enterprises.
