The Cyber Home Learning System (CHLS) is the nationwide online learning initiative of the South Korean Ministry of Education, which share a number of similarities with well-developed e-learning environment. Most of previous studies focused on the effectiveness of CHLS such as students' academic achievement and satisfaction, while few studies addressed the leanring transfer in CHLS. The purpose of this study is to identify key factors that influence the learning transfer in the Cyber Home Learning Systems. Self-completion questionnaires were distributed to seven hundred ninety five elementary students from seven different elementary schools, and data were obtained from seven hundred eighty of them. The regression analysis were performed and findings indicated that factors such as learning contents and instructional design, learner's internal characteristics and performance environment affect the learning in CHLS. In particular, key factors that enhance the learning transfer were readiness of learners, relevance of learning contents, design of contents, learning environment and learning satisfaction.
