This paper deals with the security-based technology for video recording system for privacy protection and provide visual evidence in the video recording system. The purpose of this study is HD-Blackbox mounted on the vehicle and the product development of video integrated control pictures are private doctors and unilaterally recorded regardless of being recorded in the system corresponding tothe global market that requires such social problem solving personal privacy the purpose. In this paper, we introduce the global development trend of video recording devices, and related research, car video recording system above and Modulation and privacy technologies for the technical and legislative trends regarding the issue of, and the body of the personal data protection system of a video recording device Knowledge about the development and conclusion.
