This paper conducted search of studies pertaining to problems and Export Firms countermeasures in accordance with balance of payments and exchange rate fluctuations in Korea. Recently, In Korea despite maintaining a large balance of payment surplus, some structural problems persist, necessitating countermeasures proposed as follows. First, Exchange rate prediction of changing that is necessary to collect accurate information on foreign exchange rates for overshooting actively ensuring. Second, In order to attract excellent foreign companies deregulation of labor disputes and international M&A should a good environment and must also induced employment. Third, Promote Joint-venture with Japan’s companies an advanced technology for the development of precisions instruments and ‘monozukuri’ craftsmanship also need to learn. Fourth, Globally competitive and reliable products for surplus product development carried out in order to improve the balance of payment.
