As more people strongly believe in photography as a truth, more people try to distort the truth. One of the Forged Photography can make confusing for people who acceptable truth and it can appear the constitute a public problem. Specially, the machinery of law and state organization confront that digital Photography system adjusts practical affairs at once. Therefore, we need a standard to do right according to its purposes, but in reality, we do not have an objective standard to judge forgery photographs. This study arranges the objective analysis method. As results, when digital Photography goes to forgery using blur filter, the main problem is the control of blur factor, and we focus on the blur filtered image based on interpolation.
