본 연구 결과, 경도 AD 환자에 비해 aMCI 환자가 경험
하는 이상 행동 증상의 빈도는 유의미하게 적은 것으로 나
타났다. 하지만 aMCI 환자의 상당수가 이미 다양한 행동
문제를 보였고, 경도 AD 환자에서 보이는 행동 증상과 유
사한 양상이었다. 이는 AD로 발전할 가능성이 높은 MCI
의 하위 집단을 확인하기 위하여 MCI 환자의 신경정신 증
상을 평가함으로써 보다 초기에 병을 진단하고 치료적으로
개입하는데 도움이 될 수 있음을 의미한다.
