장기간 면역억제제를 사용하는 경우 감염 등의 합병증뿐만 아니 장기간의 면역억제로 인한 림프종의 발생위험도 고려해야 한다. 저자들은 류마티스관절염으로 MTX를 15년간복용한 병력이 있는 환자에서 간과 비장을 침범한 광범위큰B세포림프종이 발생한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
