The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and job performance by employment strategy and the effect of self-efficacy as a parameter on the job strategy and job performance. It suggests some implications between them. This study hypothesized the relationship between job strategy, self-efficacy, and job performance as the basis of previous research. The study was conducted for 10 days from March 1, 2017 to March 15, 2017. Data were collected by the self-filling questionnaire method. This study was analyzed using statistical package SPSS 18.0 through data coding process. As a method of analysis, descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were used to determine the accuracy of the data and the general characteristics of the sample using all questionnaires. To verify the validity of measurement tools and measurement variables, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. For hypothesis testing, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model were used with AMOS 20.0. The professor should make efforts to increase the participation of students in class and enthusiastically improve professor development program for the major curriculum. In addition, it is necessary to prepare a university education program strategy that can enhance the self-efficacy through development of major courses so that it can provide personalized employment support.
