The aim of the studies described in this paper is to analyze the choice behavior ofusers in the international passenger terminal in order to provide some practical implicationsto passenger terminal operators for product planning and strategic management endeavorsin the future. Factor Analysis(Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and PathAnalysis are utilized to establish the factors that affect international passenger terminalusers' choice and to quantify the importance of these factors. A conceptual model wastested with using the empirical data collected from 478 users in Busan international passengerterminal. The results showed that all of the proposed hypotheses were statistically supportedexcept the reliability. In addition, users' satisfaction of using international passenger terminalfosters positive repeatuse intention. The practical implications are presented and discussedin the last part of the conclusion.
