A Study on the Disclosure of Official Information Because of the complicate and rapid development of the computer, The administrative organ controls much administrative information. these official information directly effect to citizen life and it cheats people with delivery of the wrong official information or distorted information. Disclosure of official information on the information oriented society effects to the democratic order. therefore the disclosure of official information will be able to approach easily everyone. Also the disclosure of official information which is monopolize of the administrative organ positively participate in the citizen. and the trust of the citizen will be easy get. Activation of the disclosure of official information has strong point also the other side weak point. with strong point it will be able to plan a democracy administration, with weak point it will infringe the freedom and a secret of private life. If we will active the disclosure of official information the citizen have to interest and participate in adminstration.
