In recent years, IP information disclosure has been paid more and more attention by some listed companies in China while its problems keep emerging which may be caused by multiple factors. However, lack of systematic standard is one of the most important factors. Despite the fact that China has already had some rules and regulations on the standard requirements of IP information disclosure, many problems still exist in the current information disclosure system. In the aspect of the standard content, systems and regulations concerning intellectual property is rather scattered. In the aspect of the applicable object, IP information disclosure focuses on the security issuer. In the aspect of the focal point of the disclosure, different kinds of intellectual property pay attention to information disclosure to various extent. In the aspect of expressions, use of IP terms lacks uniform standards. In view of this, it is necessary to regulate and improve the IP information disclosure of the listed corporations in China from the perspective of improving its system, offering guidance to its operation and the complete implementation of its system.
