The purpose of this study was to analysis children development evaluation in the residental facilities for fundamental data to design education programs and services. 56 Children who lived for 24 hours in facilities were participated in the study. Scale of Development evaluation was web-based assessment system to use on-line. The results, the characteristics of development evaluation in Scale's elements were analyzed by distribution cart of sex distinction and distribution cart in order of age The results showed as follows. First, other scale's parts except self-dependence skill and physical development were showed that development discrepancy is big, however same age. Specially part of communication skill was showed than all children was so late in this part, they got under development age: 84 month is the higher age in the scale. Second, a distribution in all scale's parts was showed that boy's distribution was more wide than girls distribution. The boys got higher development age than the girl in part of intelligence development. The girl got higher development age in self-dependence. And part of emotional and social development and part of physical development were not showed certainly development discrepancy.
