The process of ‘turn-taking’ in oral communication reflect a cognitive process of human activity. The turn-taking is a one of the ‘move’ phenomenon. This study is concentrated on the debate that have been broadcasted on the TV. The debate usually shows the prototype of the spiritual fight. Therefore we can find the strategies of the use of language through the debate program. There are three kinds of Intruding in dialog. One of them is the intentional aspect, another is the accidental aspect and the rest is neutral aspect. The turn-taking retaining also have three aspects. They are to ignore an opponent, appeal a dialog rule, and respond something shortly. The intentional intruding have an effect on strategic attack against the others. And the accidental intruding is in connection with misunderstanding about transition relevance point. The neutral aspect is mainly revealed by the chairman.
