Though the elderly of the forthcoming aging society have secured some social and economic stability, they are getting outstripped due to their dependence or passive inclination coming from anxiety about aging and fear about work. As one of the way to solve these problems, it will be the pension-retired people's pleasure to give the delight of life with activating their artistic grounding they learnt through their life. As it is progressed to an aging society, it is getting increased the concern about thewelfare of elderly and the facilities like silver town and old person's hospital are increasing, too. But it is still not enough the artistic activity fields which give them mental happiness and the stability of mind and it is also required the method to lead the life of the pension-retired people creatively and positive. Thus, it is the purpose of this paper to lead the predicted coming aging society with a musical aspect and lead their life in mental stability as it deals retirement pension and the emotional characters of old person's life in chapter II. It describes the effect of music to the formation of an advanced-age-friendly society and it also suggests the model to understand the comfortable mind and stable emotion through music getting rid of the anguishes as analyzing the several matters of old people's social and physical problems in chapter III. Since without a balance of demand and supply in the music market, there is no successive development of the market, this paper, with the market theory, made a frame of geographic variables, demographics, psychographics and behavioral variables which are the specific ramification of the music market of the aging society adopting the method of finding of the elderly’s musical desire. This paper also suggests appropriate musical instrument playing and making an ensemble for the activation of music culture in the aging society to solve the problem how to spend the twilight life happily with hope and result which is getting longer after retirement.
