There is no country or society that is not plagued by crimes. Among many types of crimes, what attracts public attention most is organized crimes. As organized crime syndicates pose a formidable threat to the society with their destructive power, they threaten life of ordinary people and corrupt the whole society. It is undeniable that organized crimes have uncountable hazards. In addition, they are so tenacious that they become rapidly rampant and internationally networked, which means a single country alone cannot eradicate such crimes. This study classified the causes behind the formation of Chinese Organized Crime into four categories; social inequality, money worship, crime-epigonous culture and political corruption. The causes mentioned above suggest a lot to the Korean society. In Korea, social inequality grow rapidly in recent years and money worship and the get-rich-quick fever become prevalent. An increasing number of teenagers are eager to be a member of organized crime syndicates and copycat crimes are on the rise. Many politicians and public officials are arrested for bribery, graft and corruption. Such social phenomena foster a hotbed where organized crime syndicates are formed and flourish. Recently, there was a crime in which Korean gangsters joined with Chinese Organized Crime. Against this backdrop, the time has come to study and understand China's crimes, especially, organized crimes. The judicial circle including the police as well the academic circle need to come up with measures.
