Currently our country has no real and clear concepts and standards of what the public nature in medical is and what the role of the public hospital is. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the support and justification of Jinju Medical Centeŕ ́s closing decision which appeared as a key issue of the public nature in medical. Despite the publication of many research papers and books, I started form the concern that it is hard to find research on the most important public value, public opinion, and public interest. Therefore, I conducted contents analysis focusing on public value, public opinion that have not been discussed much. As a result of the analysis, from the perspective of Moore's political management technology, governor H́ ́s the decision to close the Jinju medical center in Gyeongnam Province, it is believed that he failed to gain justification and support from the political environment. The ultimate decision maker about what public value should be made by the regional medical center should be the public, what public value should be determined through public deliberation. Therefore in the future, a discussion on the public nature of healthcare needs to be further progressed through many studies. Also it is necessary to discuss the resumption of the jinju medical center through serious consideration at a level that focuses on public nature.
