Recently, the neologism is mainly formed from derivation. There are suffixes such as ’-kak, -chung, -ppa, -kka, -dol, -mon, -taeng’ and prefixes such as ’gae-, kae-, kkul-, hyeom-, God-, joj-, haek-’. They are far removed from the original word and form neologism with various roots. The meaning of these is mainly categorization of objects, adding value evaluation and emotional expression of the speaker. Therefore, many elements that are combined with the affixes are also subject to evaluation and emotional expression. The suffixes are mainly responsible for categorizing objects, and the prefixes are responsible for valuing and expressing emotions. Prefixes are also likely to be interpreted as adverbs and their functions are similar to adverbs. These affixes simplify expressions and make objects easier to categorize and do naming. And they seem to have been recently preferred because it is possible for young people to express emotions by inducing devaluation of extreme expression.
