Our government has implemented various promotional policies to enter the content industry globally with the aim of achieving [the world"s five major cultural industrial powers]. The supporting organization has been carrying out a variety of support programs, but the case of content companies entering global market successfully is rare. One of the reasons why content companies are slow in entering the global market is that they are not producing or selling competitive content in global market. This research analyzed the status of support for global advancement by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism among the various ministries supporting the content industry. As a result, although there was a big difference in operating the exclusive organization to support entering global market, supporting business were similar and it was found that there was lack of connective cooperation. In addition, through the FGI it has been found that there was a lack of support towards supporting business, lack of information on entering target countries, lack of production due to the small scale, lack of business matching, language barriers and inconsistencies between the supporting business and the needs from the content companies when entering the global market. The results suggest the solutions for the role of the Korea Creative Content Agency(KOCCA) and the regional-based supporting agencies to solve the problems of incompatibility between the support policy and the needs from policy consumers in order for content companies to successfully enter global market.
