In modern industrial organization, most of companies are consisted of 3 generations. Among them, as the baby boomers begin to retire, Y-Generation employees are increasingly growing. In this backdrop, the current study aims to demonstrate the causal relationships of supervisory support, workplace fun, job satisfaction and turnover intention of Y-Generation hoteliers in Korea. The research model was designed on the basis of PROCESS Macro Model 6 proposed by Hayes(2013). In order to achieve the study purpose, data collected from 243 hotel employees who were born from 1981 to 2000. To analyze the data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and PROCESS Macro analysis were undertaken using SPSS 18.0. The results indicated that supervisory support had a significantly positive effect on workplace fun, job satisfaction and had a significantly negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction was negatively related to turnover intention. However, there was no evidence for the effect of workplace fun on turnover intention. Workplace fun and job satisfaction were determined as significant mediators between supervisory support and turnover intention. At the last chapter, implications of the empirical results and limitations of the study are discussed.
