This study has been performed to primarily investigate the major motives for moving into portable housing cottage cluster in small cities of rural counties in Canada, regarding health and welfare benefits. We reviewed primary motives for early older adults moving into senior zone, or on other word elderly concentrated zones in Canada. The Senior Zone is regarded as declaring a district or entire mini sized city a special place of intensified aging population and thereafter offering them safety and welfare measures for the outgrowing elderly. First of all, elderly concentrating small and medium cities along rural counties are ultimate destination of retiring people who had been working on laborintensified farm lands and mechanical shops around rural communities. Because they spent middle age lives working heavily without adequate income and social activities, nearby small cities with social support networks and policy considerations are affordable and satisfiable places. Above all, if an elderly couple or an old person alone stay at a cottage near senior zones, their health care and social activities are more open, accessible to social support network, and above all, offered at lower cost. That will be the very essence of new life in senior living community after residential relocations. For a conclusion, moving into a cottage space along a rural town with age concentrated areas, later life is safer, more active, and enjoyable than in urban building, and accessible to social support network.
