A research which finds fundamental recognition system frame of aging resident is almost not found, in preceding research. It means basis living as behavior in being aware and expressing as their frame. First, they are dominant affect of experiencing high frame, second, context frame(or self-frame) of identity · giving individuality which is consisted of first priority of children · saving mentality, third, POV frame which is profit and loss · danger · truth. As high frame that is dominantly affected to cases is with first and repetitive earthquake, connected fear of typhoon in time and space, we knew that danger frame is come into high frame. This result has to be thought low birth · aging society and recognition frame of resident living as definitely accumulated embodied cognition, each policy will get positive effect desirably. Before, through qualitative research of psychologic side of elderly resident, following research has to establish theoretical base about an elderly of Korea and keep going to reflect this to policy.
