This study had been performed to review online materials about senior people``s activities and analyze Korean elderly``s activities in their elderly respect hall. There are many places for the elderly as a pastime place, so called Kyung-no-Dang in Korea and they are emerging as a new place for substitute hoe, where majority of the older adults spend as much daytime as they do at home. As a whole, the senior citizen halls aim to actively cultivate an environment which is open, caring and supporting with the purpose of providing social contact and reducing loneliness in the local community. Through quality management processes ensure there is equity of access to centers and use of facilities within centers. Overall agreement with safety issues is below 0.5, indicating the users are not satisfied or agree with safety of their leisure place. The worst issues are emergency call system. The value is 0.11 indicating only 11 percent of the users their emergency call system is within their usable distance. The step or stair system is also vulnerable for emergency call system. The value is only 0.17 indicating that only 17 percent of the users their emergency call system is within their usable distance or they can easily find the emergency call. To provide activities, learning opportunities, support, and information appropriate to the well being of centre users.
