This study has been performed to examine degree of emotionality, physical stability. morale, and environmental recognition, and care management attitudes among elderly nursing facility residents, as a part of adjustment process. In particular, the study aims to investigate how seriously they feel emotionally and physically they feel tired during daily lives in the early stage after admission, and has their attitudes and relationships with workers and other residents are proceeding from their first depressed status. There is a significant impact of age an adjustment and adaptations into nursing home lives. Respondents of regular practice of physical exercise in their 60s experience higher adaptations and lower stress in making friends and new life styles in the nursing homes. Second, there is tenuous impact of education on the adjustment and adaptations. There are somewhat visible differences at higher adaptation for low level education, indicating tenuous impact of education for the elderly when they enter the nursing homes Third, there is an impact religion; men of higher education of lower age are more active for their daily activities such as bathing, eating, changing clothes, and shopping. As a result, residents of protestant are higher for their adjustment score than other groups.
