This study has been performed to examine degree of job satisfaction of service delivery and care management attitudes among elderly nursing facility care workers and residents. In particular, the study aims to investigate how seriously they feel emotionally and physically they feel satisfied during daily lives in the early stage after admission, and how their attitudes and relationships with workers and other residents are proceeding from their first depressed status. Overall, the top administrator of welfare institution for the aged could maximize the efficiency of the organization by promoting voluntary participation and creativity, and authorizing employee competence and responsibility instead of using compensation and punishment system like promotion. Finally, future aspects of facility visions should be guided for improving groups of lower satisfaction of services, and in particular, the weak groups of large admission number and less family supports so that they are relieved from lower satisfactions of care services.
