This Study was analyzed the multifaceted Recognition and approach according to the type of University and Positon about the Current Structural Reforms of the University policies promoted by the government targets 23 Universities including National universities, and Private universities, Colleges in Busan Area, and The Ultimate goal is to presents a win-win potential of Local Universities and Local Communities.
As a result, First, the Busan area Universities are generally ‘negative’ recognition about Structural Reforms of the University policies, it was found that awareness to the most ‘negative’ from the ‘National University’ and ‘staff’ group. Second, the perception of department reorganization and capacity reduction was in the order of ‘college (86%)’, ‘private university’ (64%) and ‘national university (57%)’. Third, for Cut enrollment of key policy in Structural Reforms of the University policies that is the most important Recognition from ‘Colleges’, in particular, Decision-making high likely ‘Dean’ group are the most important recognition. Last, In the case of University Evaluation, Every Universities recognized as an important problem, it is important to consider the Balance between access to Seoul areas/Regions, Universities/colleges, Finally, ‘Local universities’ was presented a win-win potential of the Local Community depending on the ripple effect and role on Regional Development and Local Communities.
