The structure of environmental disruption has been caused by the political, economical cultural elite lasses in sports. The reality and problems were as follows: 1. The political elite classes were not dealing with the political, strategic, tactical approach for the crisis-sense and the effective maintenance of environment in sports. 2. In the environmental problems related to sports, the approach of economic elite classes were keeping under the existing paradigm or methodology, the analysis of existing policies was not also coping with the situation we are facing. 3. The cultural elite classes fought about the problems such as human estrange, capitalist exploitation and instrumentality of human being because of the technical science viewpoint. The nature and ecosystem were only considered as the subjects for exploitation and developing. The tasks for environmental justice in sport are as follows: 1. The system of environmental administration for sports should transfer to the local government in order to be involved people who live in rural and urban areas for the decentralization of authority. 2. The economic system in sports should be humanized and democratized for environmental justice. 3. The environmental morals in sports should be the keynote of life.
