It was intellectual who managed and managed the composition and manuscripts for publication of modern magazines. Also, magazine readers were also mostly intelligent men.
Among the special circumstances of colonies, modern Japanese magazines played an important role in accepting the civilization of modern knowledge at the time, the formation and development of modern literature, and social dialogue.
A variety of current affairs issues such as social incidents related to colonial policy and the like were formed through discussions through magazines, discourses conducted mainly by intellectuals have had a considerable influence on ordinary people.
In order to analyze this, I examined all 45 volumes of Toyo Koyoko published from 1939 to 1945.
As a result, I found that through the posting of the governor-general, the daily conflict between "oriental" and "western" was established. In addition, the Oriental crisis awareness was formed through discourse with the West as its enemy, and the discourse of "Daito Yukyoko" was produced.
Colonists took control of hegemony using Japanese "Toa New Order Construction" which is merely a reproduction of Western Orientalism. Based on the recognition that colonial intellectuals will escape from the colonies, it turned out that they had created discourses in line with that.
Colonists dreamed of transformation of oriental cultures rising to the world by dedicating resistance to rulers towards "the West", by dedicating the policies and thought of the rulers.
Emphasis on culture which is only a fragmentary thing confused with civilization, cultural policy forced only Japanese culture while ignoring the integration with traditional culture, etc. "New culture creation" is only mixture of culture and fissile nature It did not promote. It is likely that the intellectual layer introduced and spread the Asian centrino seeking of Korean-Japanese modern intellectuals spreading on the same floor dream, and it was frustrated by the colonization of Japanese culture.
