Report Errors

Despite the diverse methods of transmission of broadcasting, related legislation, particularly broadcast legislation, does not demonstrate the pattern of coping with technological changes. While the convergence has already emerged in the broadcasting industry over 20 years, broadcasting legislation has produced a parallel between broadcasting and contents of broadcasting or broadcasting alike, without the introduction of new technologies, without having to engage in fundamental and substantive discussions on this convergence.
Worldwide trends in broadcasting laws are shifting from vertical regulatory frameworks to horizontal regulatory frameworks. Currently, it is believed that there is a widespread reform in the nation, but the fact that the content and telecommunication network is not yet implemented is a widespread trend. Any legal problems related to broadcasting content can occur in the event of a transition to a future horizontal regulatory framework. The most typical problems related to broadcasting contents in the horizontal regulatory system are regulation of contents of broadcasting contents, regulation of contents of broadcasting contents, restriction of regulation ratio of broadcasting contents, regulation of broadcasting advertisement,Problems of funding, regulation of public opinion concentration of broadcast contents, and the like.
