The traditional market activation businesses which are various with the public consistency are hosting from the early 2000's. However, the effort that the traditional market analyze the individual market characteristic and finds the activation influence factor before is insufficient. This study collected the big data information about the consumer in this. Collected data were visualized on a real time basis. And the network platform through this drawing the activation plan was built. Through this, the problem that it was unable to grasp the demand for the characteristic that it have and market accurately is possible with the complementary. Present the contents of research about the various contents expressed in order to visualize the living quarter of the traditional market users and comsuption behavior on a real time basis and understand easily analyzed data through the network-based open platform. This makes the market individual case tailored strategy program establishment possible. As to this platform, as the time flows, the accumulated data amount increases gradually and through this, the time series analysis is possible. Moreover, the verifying information in the present time is possible and the information offering which it is usable to not only consumer but also dealers is possible. Moreover, it is better than the current through data, there is the scientific importance as the bilateral open platform having an effect on the activation of the traditional market through the guide information which can be built till the activation plan.
