Due to industrial development, environmental issues are commonplace. To deal with those kinds of problems, UNEP, UNWTO, and other related organizations have recently focused on sustainable problem-solving approaches. In the emergence of the agenda for sustainable development, exhibition industries have kept pace in making restrictions to ensure sustainability. However, until now, a majority of studies have focused on environmental issues from the perspective of supplier chains. The perception of visitors towards sustainability is gaining more importance. In addition, according to the Post-2015 UN goals, it is necessary to not only concentrate on environmental issues, but also social and economic areas. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the perception of sustainable exhibitions from the perspective of visitors and participation value and self-esteem. The results are as follows. Through the factor analysis, there are three dimensions of sustainable exhibitions related to environmental, social, and economic factors. The environmental and economic factors significantly impact the participation value. All of the sustainable exhibition factors significantly impact self-esteem. Environmental and economic factors have a partial mediating effect. This study has value in terms of investigating sustainable exhibitions and visitor viewpoints.
