The research conducted a self-administered survey of 1st and 2nd grade high school students in Busan, South Korea. Out of the surveys collected, 359 valid questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS for Window 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, personal value, rest motivation, cultural motivation, knowledge motivation, social motivation, destination dimension, sociocultural dimension, satisfaction, and intention for revisit were drawn. The result of structural model analysis shows the following: First, in terms of the effect of personal values on preference for educational tourism, the personal values of adolescents show a significantly positive effect on destination dimension and sociocultural dimension which are preferences for educational tourism. Second, in terms of the effect of tourism motivation on destination dimension, tourism motivations of rest motivation, knowledge motivation, and social motivation show a significantly positive effect on destination dimension, whereas cultural motivation does not have any significant effect on destination dimension. Third, in terms of the effect of preference for educational tourism on attitude toward educational tourism, one of the preferences for educational tourism, destination dimension, shows a significantly positive effect on satisfaction and intention for revisit, while sociocultural dimension shows no effect on attitude toward educational tourism.
